Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance, if requested by your venue. 

Can I have the Photo Booth Outdoors?

Depending on the weather, we are able to do photo booths outdoors, but our booths must always remain covered by tent, awning, or some other protective measure, as well as being placed on a flat, stable surface.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 25% nonrefundable retainer to secure your date. If your event is within 14 days of booking, the full payment will be due upon booking. 

Can I make a custom package?

Yes, we offer custom packages to meet your needs. Contact us before putting in an inquiry.

Where can i get the photos/videos from my event?

Every client gets an online gallery that is hosted on our website. you will get a link to your gallery at the completion of your event where you can download your images for free. 

Does the social booth print?

no, our social booth is a different experience and only allows text/email of the images. This booth offers pics, GIFs, Boomerangs, and videos.
